Phase 3
Operations
Full fixed per-acre operational payments run for the entire life of the project — typically 25 to 35 years — providing decades of predictable income.
Land Restoration
Your Land Is Returned in Full at Project End
Every Clear Crest lease includes a binding decommissioning and restoration commitment. When the project is retired, your land is returned in accordance with our restoration agreement.
